Rick's favorite Asian dish! We grow our own Thai holy basil just so we can make this all summer long. It's very spicy (if you follow the recipe) and so full of flavor. Once your simple ingredients are ready, the dish takes only 10 minutes or less to cook.
The Diner has been working on a lentil dish worthy of repetition in the cold winter months. This dish made with bison or venison was an improvisation but after a few bites Kerry and I both ran back to the kitchen to put on paper what we had done. Sorry for the lack of pictures, we really didn't know it would be this good!
