This tart shell is so simple and easy to work with all my gluten free friends need to know about it.  Five ingredients and it can be used for so many things.

I come from a family of peanut farmers in Alabama.  This is the recipe my mother was taught, and the one she taught me.  Unlike most brittle, it won't break your teeth.  It's light, airy and crispy.
